Yeah that's just because the portal is currently linked to the OOC if you give me sum time I'll figure out how to attach it to the front page
I haven't had much experimental time with it.

It's not specifically linked to OOC, it's just linked to the first forum that was created on this site. You can move that forum to wherever, (even not have it show up and reserve it for news) or you can just put a html kinna thing, too, like I have (mah welcome message). Depends on what you want.
